ステキな出会い

14日、15日と札幌へ一人旅💓

I visited Sapporo by myself last weekend 💓

14日は、私の大好きなオーラソーマティーチャー、西川ウシャ先生から“レイキ”というヒーリングを習得しました✨

ウシャ先生は、２０年以上もオーラソーマとレイキに携わっているスペシャリストで、その経験値と愛がハンパない😆💓

My wonderful teacher of Aura-Soma taught me Reiki.

She has been engaged in Aura-Soma and Reiki for more than 20 years, and I can feel her great experience and love through her 😆💓

レイキって、ネーミングがイマイチだなぁと思うのですが、人間がみんな持っている癒しのエネルギーなのです✨

そのチャンネルを開くと、人だけではなく、色々なモノをヒーリングできるのです🤗

I don’t think the name “Reiki” sounds better at all because it reminds us a kind of religion some Japanese don’t like.

It doesn’t have nothing to do with any religion.

It is the energy of healing which all of us must have ✨

You can heal people, things, and anything once you get it🤗

さっそく、自分の最近変だなぁと思う体の一部や、帰りの車にレイキしてみたら、けっこう驚きの結果が🤗💓

So, some wonderful things happened when I used Reiki for some parts of my body, and the for my car🤗💓

マンツーマンで、お話に夢中になりすぎて写真撮り忘れた〜😅

We enjoyed chatting too much and I forgot to take pictures 😅

なので、以前に撮った教室のオーラソーマコーナーの写真。

So, this is the picture of the classroom I took before.

宿泊は一人だし、あんまりお金かけたくないし、で、以前からチェックしていた『つむり庵』というゲストハウスへ。

I stayed at the guesthouse because they offered us reasonable price.

二段ベッドの上が私のスペース。

４５歳にもなって、二段ベッドの上かい😅

My place was up of the bunk beds, such a forty-five year old woman, though 😅

私の下が、香港から来ているかわいい女の子で、インターナショナルスクールの歴史の先生でした‼️

But my partner(?), who was down of me, was a cute girl from  Hongkong ‼️

She looked young as a college student but she is a history teacher of the international school (probably).

久しぶりの英会話だったので、思ったことがなかなか出てこなかったり、知ってるはずの単語が分からず、後から「ああ、あれだった〜」みたいな😅

I spoke English after a very long time, so I couldn’t tell her what I thought frequently, and couldn’t understand some words I should know😅

一緒に写真撮ってもらっちゃった❤️

とってもキラキラしたステキな女性でした〜〜✨

I asked her to take a picture with me ❤️

She was very wonderful woman ✨

宿泊者は他にも、室蘭から来た音楽好きの男性、帯広や網走から来たおばさま達、東京から来たジャズボーカル&ピアニストなど、ほんのわずかの出会いだったけど、ステキな方々とお話できて、本当に楽しかった〜〜😆✨

Also there were many people there.

 I really enjoyed talking with them 😆✨

そして、翌日はヨガ三昧❤️

私の尊敬するヨガティーチャーと、これまたマンツーマンの至福のひととき✨

ポーズにとらわれることなく、心と体の声を聞きながら、身体を動かす。

The next day, I visited my yoga teacher to take one-to-one yoga lesson ✨

She taught me that it is very important to listen to my body and heart when I make my body move.

変幻自在なお身体をお持ちのヨガティーチャー💓

She showed me how to make the body move flexibly 💓

椅子ヨガのアイデアや、日頃のホームヨガのアドバイス、パパの体の悩み相談などなど‼️

Also she gave me some ideas about my Chair yoga class, another way of yoga at home, yoga for my husband, and so on‼️

しまいには、お肌のレクチャーも受け、目からウロコ👀✨

先生のお肌の美しさにホレボレし、

ヨガだけではなく、お肌も先生を目指そう‼️

などと思った瞬間、思い浮かんだオーラソーマの化粧品AEOSを「これだ‼️」と即注文😆

またしても、ふようの直感買い発動か⁉️

Besides, she gave me a lecture about beautiful skin which I didn’t know about ✨

She has really beautiful skin, and I decided to have such beautiful skin as her ‼️
