自然だ〜〜‼️

今日は家族でパパのホームグラウンド、茶路川へ✨

I went to Charo river with my family, which my husband often visits.

パパは釣り、子供たちは石投げたり、網で魚捕ったり、それぞれが思い思いに自然を満喫していました💓

My husband fished, kids threw stones to the river and caught fish.

They enjoyed the nature so much💓

私は自然の中で読書😅

As for me, I enjoyed reading in the nature 😅

今、少しずつ読んでる(ただ読むのが遅いだけ😅)

I read books so slowly, but now I’m into the series of Anastasia.

『アナスタシア』シリーズ

は、自然の中の静かな所で読んで下さい、とある。

She told us to read the books in the nature.

外は風が強くて寒すぎたので、車の中で、睡魔と闘いながら読んでいると、眠気覚ましにふと外に行きたくなって、魚捕りをしている子供達がいる小川の方へ行ってみた。

Actually, it was too cold and windy to read outside, so I read it in the car.

 I felt so sleepy and wanted to go outside to keep myself awake.

I went to the  brook where my kids tried to catch fish 🐟 

小川のほとりを散歩していると、雑草がいくつか新芽を出していて、その中の一つが目に入った。

I found some new buds of the weeds, and one of them caught my eyes.

触ったら痒くなる、子供の頃大っ嫌いだった『イラクサ』。

It was nettles which make you itchy when you touch them.

北海道のはエゾイラクサっていうらしい。

これって、触ると痒いけど、食べれるハズだった‼️

I remembered we could eat them ‼️

アナスタシアが、大地に自然に生えているものには、人間に本当に必要な大地のエネルギーが含まれている、と言っていた。

Anastasia said in the books,

“The plants on the earth naturally give us the energy we human beings really need.”

自然に生息している植物を食することは、今の私たちにとって、なかなかできないことだけど、北海道のこの自然の中では、ちょっと可能かも✨

It seems to be difficult for us to eat natural plants, but we live in Hokkaido and we can do it at least, I think✨

調べてみると、イラクサはおひたしとか、乾燥させてハーブティーにできるらしい‼️

We can boil and eat them, and dry them for tea‼️

これは、アナスタシアからのメッセージか⁉️😅

I guess Anastasia tells me to do so ⁉️😅

さっそく、バケツにいっぱい採っちゃった😋

Anyway I filled a bucket of nettles 😋

そして、ばーちゃんの所へ行く途中でパシクルに寄った。

After that we dropped in Pashikuru, the swamp in Shiranuka on the way to my grandma in the facility.

あんまり遊びすぎて、泥まみれになって、こんな姿ではばーちゃんの所には行けない、ということで、帰ってきちゃった😅

My husband and kids got too dirty to go anywhere, so we didn’t visit my grandma and went home 😅

また今度行くね、ばーちゃん‼️
